Hoa is a highly experienced legal assistant with over 12 years of dedicated service in the legal profession. She began her career in 2012 as a paralegal at VN Counsel, where she developed a solid foundation in key areas such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, e-commerce, retail, labor, and real estate.

In 2015, Hoa joined Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, a leading regional law firm, where she enhanced her skills in legal drafting, due diligence, and transaction support, working alongside prominent legal practitioners on cross-border matters. In 2017, she moved to JP Law, a Korean law firm in Vietnam, further broadening her perspective and strengthening her experience in servicing international clients and cross-cultural transactions.

Hoa returned to VN Counsel in 2019 as an Associate, where she has consistently contributed to complex legal assignments, providing essential support in contract review, compliance assessments, licensing, regulatory filings, and transactional execution. Her deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in Vietnam enables her to deliver practical and efficient support to clients and legal teams alike.

• Assisted in advising a Malaysian client in development of US$ 20 million residential project in Binh Duong Province;

• Advised a Hong Kong client in establishment of a US$ 10 million glove manufacturing factory in Long An Province;
